Access Bars® is a gentle but powerful hands-on technique that helps quiet the mind and create greater ease in your life. It is simple to learn and has changed the lives of many people—including mine.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE CLASS?
The Access Bars® class is a one-day, 8-hour certification class.

During the class, you’ll learn the Access Bars technique: 32 points on the head that are gently touched to release limiting thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. The process allows the body and mind to experience greater ease, calm, and relaxation

You’ll receive and facilitate two full Access Bars sessions, giving you plenty of hands-on practice.

In addition, you’ll learn practical consciousness tools that can help you move beyond the barriers standing between you and the life you’d truly like to create.

AFTER THE CLASS
Everybody graduates from this class!

After the class, it’s recommended that you practise regularly to build your confidence and skills. Once certified, you can also offer Access Bars sessions and charge for your services right away.
